Mobile home park maintenance
I do maintenance in a mobile home park and have to open the belly sometimes for repairs. This is the best product ever to seal things back up. I've tried other products, this is all I use now. Very pleased. Fast shipping and good price point.

Decent Product. Some Tips for Applying.
This tape is thin but tough. It closely resembles the original skirting on our travel trailer. It appears to stick really well. And I did not heat gun treat it. We also were able to apply it from the top since we repair some subfloor. If that's possible all the better to tape from top and bottom. Many have found it difficult to separate the tape from the paper wrap. It can be. But curl one corner with your thumb and finger. See photo 1.Photo 2 shows it will very slightly separate. I used a utility knife to further separate the paper and tape. Because it is so sticky, before I applied a piece, I folded a short section of the paper back. Then aligned the piece where I wanted it and stuck on the exposed end. Then I pulled the paper apart as I smoothed the tape onto the skirt to seal the tears. (Photo 3)Further... I used Gorilla tape in places also. Some here have recommended it more. Gorilla tape does seem stickier and it's a tad easier to apply. I will try to remember to come back and edit when I see what lasts longer.I'm giving this 4+ stars. Good luck.

Separate the edges first..
The tape sticks very well but is difficult to work with under a house in a crawl space. You can't separate the paper easily on the corner with your fingernail - just doesn't work. You have to use a knife or razor and slide it under the edge to separate it. After a cursing fit in the crawlspace I came into the house and prepared about 20 sections with the paper edge folded back about 1/8". Much better. Another problem is the paper tears (laminates) instead of coming off in very tight work areas. Still very good but requires preparation,

Would be great if it worked
Don’t waste your time with this product unless you are working with all new material or are doing a very small job. The “aggressive adhesive “ is more like scotch tape. A simple wipe down to remove dust is not nearly enough for this to make a lasting bond. I tried to repair a few tears using this with a simple dust off and a few using alcohol to prep the area. Initially both worked with ok adhesion but after checking on them a week later both have started to peel off. I have repaired two other areas using tyvek tape which is very similar to packing tape and hvac aluminum tape. Both of these other options cost less than flex mend and have held fast. Out of all three the havc tape has the best adhesive followed by tyvek tape then duct tape which I don’t recommend and in a distant fourth place flex mend.

Tape Falls Off
This tape sticks great, as long as your trailer stays parked, never sees wind, and doesn't get wet... like pulling your travel trailer when it is raining outside. When first applied, it seems to work great, strong adhesion to the current belly fabric and would appear to solve any rips, tears, or holes. I drove my camper through the rain and it all fell off. I thought it was an anomaly, so I reapplied. I added length and really took care in sealing the edges to ensure a good bond between layers. The next rain storm caused the same issue. By the time I got home, all of my repairs were gone. The adhesive appears to be water soluble. If you pull your travel trailer, this product is not for you. It doesn't stick. At this price point, I would have expected a higher performing adhesive. This product does not work, I would not recommend and I am very disappointed. Do recommend finding an alternative as this does not work.

Don't waste your money
The product comes off the roll easily however the adhesion is like using scotch tape on oil. Applied product to new underbelly fabric and it did not adhere but it sure came off easily.

Works a lot better than duct tape!
Make sure you get it right the first time, can't remove like duct tape, have to cut a 2nd piece if you miss your mark. Don't store for a long time as adhesive loses strength, taped areas when New are still holding great.
