Nice little teapot/infuser
I already had a 2-person version of this, but I needed another and as I'm usually sipping tea alone, I opted for the smaller one. As expected, good quality glass, silicone gasket with hinged aluminum top and a stainless basket for the tea. As with any such device, even the stainless component does eventually get slightly stained by black tea on the inside. Probably could be cleaned with the right chemicals, but I don't really care.Perfect for my use and the orange color perfectly matches some other kitchen trim/accessories.

Perfect 4 One Teapot with Infuser!
Love it! In the photo, my “cup” is a 16 oz. beer mug so the teapot makes plenty for a standard cup. I love the capacity and sturdiness of the infuser (main reason for purchase - infuser capacity in relation to submersion. I like my teas a bit strong.) The removable lid makes steeping that much easier! I recommend handling with care and hand washing since the teapot is glass. The pot is easy to wash. I empty the infuser and rinse right immediately after steeping. The infuser has very fine holes and I’ve found rinsing it with a thin stream of water works best to remove small tea particles. I’m enjoying making my evening chamomile tea!

Great Size, But It Retains Smells
I loved this little teapot. It's the perfect size for personal use, especially with oolongs. However, I found out the hard way that the silicone retains smells.I made the mistake of brewing a flavor from DavidsTea that had artificial flavoring. I brewed one pot of tea which didn't sit for very long, and the lid picked up the scent and was forever tainted. It was a really terrible tea too (Cherry Cola) so the fact that any other tea I brewed in the pot picked up the taste was a real disappointment. You may think I'm a fool for not trying to clean the lid, but I tried everything I could think of and it didn't work. It sat in baking soda, vinegar, baking soda and vinegar, dish soap, denture cleaner, and I can't remember what else to try and get that terrible taste out. Nothing worked. I tossed the lid, and now I use it with a Finum medium brewing basket.I didn't like the handle of the basket, either. It's a think plastic piece that folds down. It just doesn't have the same quality feel that other Forlife baskets have. I'd suggest using an infuser with a mug for personal tea, or the 24 or 40 ounce Forlife Curve for larger brews.
