my knee just collapses while I am walking on it,I have been so lucky to have not fallen. My other knee has started to show signs of same thing so I ordered another with hinges, which sounds stronger,and I WILL put it on weaker knee.I hope it is neoprene free .It is made by same company,and maybe only company that makes neoprene free.I think it is soimp ortant to jnform buyers so there's no need to return.thank you.

The size chart is inaccurate. It indicated I should wear a small, But I couldn't get it on. I ordered a medium, But it's really, really tight. I might try a large.

Sizing guide on website and even on packaging is completely inaccurate. Using the guide will result in a product at least 2 sizes too small

Did not fit me properly

These are great light support, arrives on time and is exactly as described.

My sports doc said that these are more psychological than effective -- while they do put even pressure across and around your knee joint and patella, it does not prevent motion or movement that may cause re-injury.Still, I appreciate that it reminds me to go easy on my knee. It definitely compresses. I got the Large, I am 6'4" and my thigh at 4" above the kneecap was 20", so L or XL would work, but I am happy to have gotten the Large rather than the XL.I wouldn't recommend wearing it for more than 1-3 hours though, it can slowly cut off circulation. I wear it for 1-2 hours for workouts. It is comfortable enough.I do not think this is really the medical device that a true sports medicine doctor would prescribe or recommend, but if you want a bit of protection for your healing knee, this does provide that. My doc said that there are no real ways to isolate and prevent the knee from movement, short of a hard cast, and even 5 micrometers can re-injure a tear.So get it if it helps you, psychosomatically, but this isn't really going to help you heal, nor prevent re-injury, more to remind you to go easy on your hurt knee.

... then it might as well be this one. The knee support brace fits on tightly (at least in my case), and does provided a bit of support for knees.As a perpetual sweating person, it did get damp after a few runs, but that's normal. Not sure the COOLMAX AIR tech was fully realized with me, but perhaps someone less prone to sweating will find it more compelling.There's nothing flashy or dazzling about a knee brace, but this one fits solidly in the line of knee braces that could help folks with weak knees or that need a little extra confidence that their knees are supported during rigorous physical activity.
