This is a unique natural handmade butter knife. The knife is made from Juniper which is thought to be a natural healing wood. The wood is naturally antibacterial and the smooth texture spreads your butter or other condiments perfectly without staining or absorbing odors. Just wash with warm soapy water and towel and air dry.If you're a lover of unique and natural items you will love having a few of these in your kitchen. Using this knife feels a bit primitive but earth friendly. I received one of these complimentary in exchange for trying it out and leaving my unbiased opinion. It's described well in the item description and looks exactly as pictured. It's very smooth with no sharp edges or splinters.
