This salt and pepper grinder was exactly what I was looking for when shopping. I love cooking with fresh cracked pepper for the flavor, and prefer a more coarse salt grind than granules. I didn't want to have to keep track of two grinders, and this solved that problem. It's a good size, easy to use, and we haven't had any issues so far. My only two gripes so far: 1 - It's a little difficult to fill. The instructions that come with it suggest making a funnel out of the instructions, which works ok. We accidentally overfilled the pepper after filling the salt, and you can't really pour out extra pepper without pouring out the salt too (we got creative between two of us and problem solved that). 2 - I can't tell which size selection for the coarseness of the grind is active. This could be easily solved with a little notch indicator. Overall a product that I'd recommend. Oh and I did NOT receive a discount on this product for a review!

I purchased this grinder based on other customer reviews and it's sleek looks. In life it's well weighted and good looking. No idea if it's going to hold up over time, and be warned that the openings at the top for filling each side are fairly small and there's not much protection to keep salt out of pepper or pepper out of salt. Best filled with a maybe very small funnel which I didn't have available at the time. Additionally the twist mechanism is very tight so it's a bot of work to grind, at least at first. We'll see how it goes over time.

My grinder fell apart after two month's use.In particular, the salt grinding core fell out. That included the grinder bit, a square shaft with a notch, a spring, two washers and a C-clip. That makes the unit unusable for grinding salt, and two months is an unsatisfactory lifetime for an appliance like this.

I'm most pleased with my purchase of this product. It was as the product was described.. Very nice looking, so I leave It on top of my oven. And is so convenient having only one shaker, instead of two. It works well, I have no problem with it. It's worth its price!

This 2 in 1 Salt & Pepper Shaker is a perfect addition to our dining table. It works exactly as advertiser plus is very stylish. Our guests comment on the look and feel when they see and use it. We had bought some course Pink Hawaiian Sea Salt on our last vacation to Oahu so in it went. We got so many compliments that we recently bought 2 more to give as gifts.

Works pretty well and is convenient however the capacity is small and requires request refills. As well mine broke after a couple weeks of use and the salt grinder fell out. After several email exchanges and promises for replacement that would come "after a new shipment from manufacturing came in," The owner became unresponsive and I was left without a remedy. I eventually disassembled and replace the missing c clip on the grinder post myself.

Very pretty and a great design. Sturdy and large storage sides without being bulky and ugly. I got this as a gift for someone and they say they get compliments all the time on it

broke within 2 months. difficult to use, twist one direction for salt, then twist opposite for pepper, but when you twist opposite it's really hard to twist, have to turn upside down to loosen peppercorns so it will crank again. dont buy
