You cannot expect things to stay the same, especially after many decades. I like the box and that TOPPS is on it, but is it on for labeling or manufacturing? When we were kids and the flavor ran out, well you just popped another piece into your mouth. Guys worked up to what- 7, 8 pieces? Remember the tube kind they sold? Hey, he got the whole thing in his mouth! So when the flavor runs out today ( I use two pieces right away), then it's done. Probably sooner then before, but all gum brands now have that consequence. Also in color, all brands and Bazooka does not that nice pink that I remember but some kind dark color that noted before discarding (spitting it out). Anyway, pretty decent and glad it is offered.

Nothing like the original

Bazooka Joe was a common stocking stuffer at Christmas when I was a kid. I just bought this for my Mom's birthday. She had forgotten about it and was really surprised and pleased. Unfortunately, the quality of Bazooka Joe gum is not as good as it was 20 years ago, but that is of no fault of the seller. The packaging was a fun, over-sized box. The gum inside is actually 40 pieces, individually wrapped, and in a cellophane bag. The box is much bigger than necessary for the amount of gum, but had a good wow factor.

Brings back childhood memories.
