Just what I was looking for.

I purchased this to frame a canvas on frame print for a wedding gift. The initial frame shipped was a different design that Rustic Decor offers and wouldn't fit the print I had and look right. I called the number on the invoice and left a message. I was called back in less than 5 minutes, explained the mix up, and they said they'd ship out the correct frame immediately, no charge, and that I could keep the wrong frame. I was worried I wouldn't get this in time to ship out for the wedding day and they said they'd put it in the box and ship it out personally that day. What great customer service.The frame its self is built great. Very sturdy and they did include the hanging hardware. I chose to go with a wire hanger because my canvas didn't it flush with the back of the frame but that's a personal choice for me. The hardware they provided would have worked but I like the wire hanger better.The incorrect frame they sent was built just as nice and sturdy. Came with the same mounting hardware, and looks great. I would highly recommend the product and the company and will use them again.

This is a basic, no frills, rustic picture frame. No glass, just the frame. It is just what the seller claims it to be.It looks nice and worked perfectly for what I needed it for, a hand painted canvas. I did have to use some small nails to hold the canvas in the frame, but that didn't bother me. It is true to size and a good deal for the price. Also, shipping was quick and the item arrived early. Would definitely buy again or suggest to others.

It looks like old thin fence panels and has huge splinters sticking out. Ugly and wouldn’t hang in my home.

Very inexpensive but good quality open back 16x20 frames. I’ve been going to a lot of those paint night events where you do the painting and I've accumulated quite a lot of paintings. I found a great, easy to use, offset canvas clips for picture framing at Gittels Art Supply on Amazon.With this inexpensive frame and clips, I can display my framed paintings without spending a lot of money.It was packaged very nicely arrived without any damage.

taking the time to write a review because - i could not be happier with this frame! it's always risky buying something made with natural wood but i received my frame less than 30 minutes ago and was absolutely thrilled with it's quality. the wood is beautiful and you can tell that time was taken in selecting the pieces so they worked well together as a frame. Will be back for more!
