Concrete, mats, rocky surfaces, wooden floors, mats etc the rope is excellent quality. It would take a lot for it to wear out.Pros:- light weight- durable- easy to carry and store- Allows me to do all the trick's in the book- holds out good all surfacesCons:- not helpful during windy conditions. That's a given since it is a light weight jumprope. However the winds have to be strong. If not holds out good under normal windy conditions.- the hook for adjusting the rope is not very user-friendly. For now I just knot the rope.- not tangle free

It's the best jump rope at affordable price,the best part is that it's adjustable so anyone can use it also the ebook was useful.

First of all, the price is truly a steal. I got this for under 5 bucks! I use it in the gym on my cardio session. This rope is extremely lightweight and fast. Helped me to do double under easily.Prefer to be used indoor instead of rough and hard surface outdoor so the cable can last long.This rope will be my favorite one beside my weighted cable to help my workout more effective!

I bought it on April 25 and I used it until June 5!

My leather rope frayed and broke a few weeks ago. So I went shopping for a new one. I had one with weighted handles. I did not find that especially useful. This new rope has light and skinny handles. But I got comfortable with it quickly. The rope itself is a soft plastic material that has no core to it. So it is light and spins easily. I am able to recover quickly when I don't clear the rope. So I am really satisfied with this.I'm about 5'7" and the rope is long enough for me. I took it in about five inches. If you are six feet or taller, it may not be long enough for you.I bought a second rope that was cheaper. It's made from plastic coated steel wire. For some reason, I cannot jump for more than twenty seconds before something goes wrong. I plan to return that one.This rope works very well for me. Since I need another rope for use at work, I will buy another one of these.

I guess you get what you pay for, but this in comparison is not a super "cheap" one, more on the moderately priced side, so I would've expected a little better than a schoolyard jump rope. Firs, it did not include the noted "bag" in the description. And second, it was not "heavy" enough to be a true speed rope. It slacks even when adjusted. I would not recommend this for purchase. Also no e-book, but I didn't care about that part. Disappointed purchase and returning.

Después de usarla unos días veo que se enreda constantemente. No es un buen material. El precio lo indica todo.Hace meses compré una cuerda de alta velocidad que es muy buena pero no soy un experto y quise comprar una cuerda menos rápidos pero este producto (cuerda de saltar Sportbit) NO lo recomiendo

Material de la cuerda bueno y los mangos pues yo los sentí cómodos al usarlos pero se me hace que me dolerán los brazos sólo los 2 primeros días la vdd me gusto mucho

El material es como se espera, no es de calidad pero cumple la función del producto. No viene con la libreta de ejercicios que menciona la publicación.
