works with my yeti 30 oz and my 20 oz. as well as just about any mug you may have.
This fits snugly and it's lightweight. It fits in a cup holder very nicely. It's a good bargain as well as a quality item. The last picture is a 20 oz. mug,{ purchased from Amazon}, using the red ring insert. i highly recommend this as It makes holding the mug much easier and more attractive. the lights can be used both at the same time or independently. they are very bright and great for looking for things in the dark. One press of the on/off button will automatically turn on your last setting. Its a very nice item.

My wife loves it!
Got her this and a 30 oz yeti (fits perfect) light is bright and i like the ground flood light. Very convenient for walking to the car in the in the morning and not need an extra hand for a light. Build quality and price are exactly what i expect from NEBO
