Really like glad I purchased this, so far it works really well. Only thing is that I wish that it had only one much larger strap. But a really great buy.

The media could not be loaded.  The prices the price is great for $3.99 however the product does not have a lot of gel inside of it which it causes you to have to put it on a hard surface and move the gel around in it the straps are fantastic however regardless to your hair type if it's African-American or you have long hair your hair is going to get caught in the velcro straps mine got caught and was not very happy with that however.I believe once the product is revamped and more gel is added and the velcro is taking off it could be a five-star product however, I give it a three star just simply because of the price based off of others that I did look at.It can be used for hot or cold and I am using it for cold purposes.I also think you could use this product on say your forearm or your calf because it has the velcro which is easy to get the product to stay still if you have an area on your arm or your leg that needs some cooling but it does take a little bit of craftiness in order to get it to stay on your arm as seen in the picture.Product could also be used as a sensory toy for kids as seen in photo.I allowed my son to step on it and he seems to like it.

I love this idea of a face cooler after I am done with applying my product.It is nice to wear it while watching some T.VGREAT DESIGNMaybe add a cloth incase it gets to cold for some peoples face.

I took this out of the refrigerator and sat it on my vanity. Later that day I picked it up to put it back in thr refrigerator and I felt something burning my arm it was the stuff from inside this mask. Yes it cools but so does a bag of frozen veggies. Wasted money.

Great product! Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I have a smaller face so the nose and mouth hole don’t line up! Would be awesome if different sizes could eventually be offered!UPDATE!!! Went up to 5 stars! Took my mask out of the fridge one night and found a hole :( messaged them right away and they sent me a replacement! Super nice and helpful. Fairly quick delivery as well :)

You really got to stretch it thin to make it spread out through the whole mask it's like it didn't have enough of the gel inside to freeze

I bought this because I needed something to cool my red hot face, and I gave this a wash before use because it did have a smell to it but it came off. I keep it in the refrigerator so it can stay cold and it fits my face and it feels so good!
