For what I was after, I couldn't have asked for a better heat press. I make shirts 👕 as a side hustle & I've found no task that this heat press couldn't meet the demands.With that, it isn't perfect. I would be remiss were I not to for warn you of the need to bolt this gem down. Being new to making shirts, I had no clue that this machine would be so top heavy, and that I would learn the hard way, to the point of me breaking off the actual heat gauge, do to it falling over when the bevel was moved a certain way.Bottomline = Be sure to bolt this down. We now have ours firmly secured on an old wood desk. I have had zero issues with the machine since.Other than that, my only hiccup, it has been EXACTLY what we wanted and needed. It is sturdy. It is super easy to use, and for the money, you can't miss with this heat press.Hope this helps someone.

Exactly what I needed. Heats evenly. Great value bundle. Haven’t used the plate presses yet but the mug press works lovely!

Purchased my original one in November, the cup press burned the very first time i used it! Got in tough with Amazon, and it was replaced as it was within the warranty. Well, in the middle of pressing shirts, the new one that was delivered on December 17th(the replacement) just broke, whatever holds the plate up and allows you to adjust temperatures isn't working. Turn the knob, nothing, can't lift any thing, i can turn the plate, but it's like stuck with the most pressure possible. I'm ticked! Completely out of a press!

I’ve only pressed shirts so far, but it’s easy to use. It takes some time to get it all figured out- temps, pressure, timing, etc. It has been fairly easy to get it figured out. I’m no expert, but it’s doing the job so far! Love the 15 x 15 size. Glad I went bigger so my designs can be pressed all at once instead of stages. It did small to start with but has since diminished. I’ve used for vinyl, sublimation, and screen prints.

It works well but.... when I lift up and swivel or swing the heat part it falls over. I believe the base isn't heavy enough to hold the machine down. And there are cups at the bottom but they don't stick or hold onto the table. I would have sent back if I didn't get rid of the box.

The base isn’t heavy so it wobbles very easily. There’s a choice to attach it to your table w/ screws but that wouldn’t be the best option if you have a table/surface that you don’t want to damage with drilling.

It was exciting to be able to start my sublimation Ink projects with this Dollate Heat Press. Unfortunately it was too good to be true for the price. The quality is very cheap. The control box with LED settings is very hard to set and after pressing several items it became very inaccurate and ruined several shirts. I didn’t buy a warranty and should have because it already toast. Should have returned when I opened the box and had my doubts after I assembled it.

My wife loves it! Makes things soooo much easier and I got a few cool shirts out of it!It gets hot so make sure you mount it on something that wont catch fire and leave plenty of room for the top section to swing out. We mounted it on top of a 2 drawer metal file cabinet.
