Stylish but battery standby time poor and pathetic service
Battery is very poor. Takes hell lot of time to charge 100% and then standby time also gets reduced quickly. I couldn't use it for more than 3 hrs. without charging.The charger stopped working in 4 months and experienced pathetic Service from Dell. Its not covered in warrenty.

Heating Issue
Overall laptop is great, i would have given 5 star if there wasn't heating issue.Laptop gets heated for normal usage.

Don't buy, worst laptop
Battery is very worst, standby is 3 hrs for a full charge. And when contacted Dell, they are doing time pass with us saying change the setting and everything. Although I did that the battery stands only for 3 hrs maximum

Descripancy in the product configuration
Order was for a system with a backlit keyboard, but the product delivered was without a backlit keyboard eventhough the outer cover has a sticker mentioning backlit keyboard
