直りました。
PS4Pro CUH-7000BB01のBDだけ読み込まなくなったのですが、交換して無事に直りました。交換に必要な工具も全てセットになっていたので、これだけ購入すれば直ぐに交換作業に取り掛かれます。安く直せたので良かったです。

5年ほど使用してきた初期型PS4。一層ディスクは読み込むが容量の大きい二層ディスクでは認識エラーがでてプレイできなかったソフトもこちらに交換して無事直りました。

Easy to install on PS4 Slim. Don't even need to take out the motherboard or replace thermal paste!
10/10 I can finally watch blu ray movies again. My black PS4 Slim is only been in use about a year and a half before half of my discs became unreadable. Thought this was going to be a daunting process but fortunately with the PS4 Slim I didnt have to take out the entire motherboard. Just take out 6-8 screws where the lens is held. You do have to disconnect all the ribbon cables. It was delivered today and took me about 30-40 minutes to replace and get back together. Just be careful for the ribbons that are routed through the assembly that holds the actual lens. It honestly wasn't that difficult. You don't even need to take the top part off just the bottom. I am currently sitting on the couch enjoying my blu rays. If some or all of your discs aren't readable I highly recommend purchasing this. Make sure to keep your screws separated and organized and you'll have no problem. Plus now I have thermal paste in hand to fix the motherboard later on down the road. Order this to fix your unreadable discs!
