Received this yesterday and read it throughout the day. This is a great collection of stories from various artists. I loved the original manga and anime and i'm glad I get to read more hilarious stories about Kimihito (poor guy lol) and the girls. Within these stories you learn more about the personalities of the girls and the many misunderstandings that causes nothing but physical pain to Kimihito. Highly Recommended.

If you didn't already know the book comes with three postcard sized posters with art for three monster girls slipped inside the book. That's why you should make sure that it's shrink wrapped, it's usually sealed this way to prevent underage people to look inside. One thing that surprised me is that it comes with some high quality colored pages which just increases the product quality compared to other manga. Definitely getting the rest of the volumes.

It was pretty good I enjoyed some of the short stories in this manga. The fans who did their part in these stories are pretty interesting and creative! Good job to them and this came with 3 postcards of the monster girls featuring Miia, Papi, and Cerea!

I've seen the Anime (and God I really hope season 2 comes out soon 😭) so I thought I would give the Manga a try. I was caught off guard because I was reading with the binding of the book pointing to the left liek traditional books but it turns you you are supposed to do it with the binding facing the right and turn pages to the right. This has been a pleasure to read though I do just wish it was a tad more nsfw. It's definitely worth the money :)

As a huge fan of monster Musume, I often get odd looks when I tell them it's not just some porno, and that it's a legitimately entertaining and quirky series.This is a testament to that. The ecchi, both a heavy provider of fanservice and comedy in the main series, is severely brought down, yet despite this, like always, the lovable quirky monster girls had me laughing and "d'aww"ing throughout, it also actually delves a bit more into the cultural exchange, showing the girls trying to partake cultural things both Japanese and international.Ever wanted to see Miia learn how to photoshop? Here you go... Ever wanted to see lala play Kendama, here you go.Localization is spot on. And seeing the chibi forms is greatNot to mention 3 provocative collector post cards that come with the book as a bit of fanservice was a nice little bonus (especially the adorable centorea one)

Love the series and the manga books and the poster cards it comes with and the different artist that drew the very funny panels for the manga^_^

It's not volume one of "Everyday Life With Monster Girls", its I heart monster girls. I love it and its spare content but keep in mind this isn't the first book in the series its the first in the sidebar series.

Nothing more to say really. It took slightly longer than expected to arrive, but only by a day or two.

Tanto el manga como el anime son un gran trabajo y estas ideas cortas no se queda atrás, es por eso que no dude en comprarlas es una lástima que tanto el volumen 2 y 3 tienen que pedirse de importación, pero vale la pena comprarlas.PD. Son geniales las postales que vienen de obsequio.

Et oui !En fait, cette "série" de mangas c'est une suite d'histoires courtes vachement drôle, il me semble (je suis pas sûr) que certaines sont également présente dans l'oav de monster musume :DEt c'est drôle ^^Concernant l'envoi :La librairie anglaise envoie le manga dans une enveloppe à bulle simple, donc c'est pas la folie mais ça fait le taf.Concernant le manga :Comme pour la précédente série de mangas, OKAYADO à fait au plus simple : manga sous-scellé, couverture rigide seulement.Un bonus avec 3 "cartes postales" illustrées sont présentes :PConcernant la patte graphique :C'est beau et bien foutu :DConclusion :Manga à acheter pour les fans de la série, c'est vraiment cool ^^

Vorweg:Mangas sind für mich absolutes Neuland. Daher kann ich nicht wirklich mit anderen Mangas vergleichen und kenne das Genre nicht wirklich. Ich bin über Umwege zu Monstermädchen gekommen, und mir hats gefallen.Die Rezension:Gelesen habe ich die englische Ausgabe von "Monster Musume: I Heart Monster Girls 1". Wir haben hier eine Kollektion von verschiedenen Autoren, die mehrseitige Kurzgeschichten beigesteuert haben. Am Ende ist noch eine Geschichte über genau eine Seite angehängt. Es wird vorausgesetzt, daß man "Die Monstermädchen" gelesen hat, zumindest Band 1, um die Charaktere zu kennen. Ohne das Hintergrundwissen wird man hier keinen Zugang haben, denke ich.Alle Stories haben Elemente aus den Genres Comedy, Ecchi, Harem.Das die Geschichten von verschiedenen Autoren kommen, ist wichtig. Zumindest mir war nicht anfangs nicht bewußt, daß jeder Autor auch selber zeichnet. Daher wunderte ich mich anfangs, warum sich der graphische Stil teilweise recht stark vom gewohnten Bild unterschied. Jeder Autor bringt daher natürlich auch seine leicht eigene Sichtweise auf die Charaktere ein. Im Großen und Ganzen aber durchaus reizvoll, wie ich finde.Es gibt folgende Geschichten:- "An Apt Pupil"Manako wird von Frau Smith zu einer Party eingeladen, daher holt sich die schüchterne Zyklopin Tips bei Kimihito- "Caught on Camera"Kimihito und seine Mädels stolpern über ein VHS-Band von Frau Smith. Hier ist dokumentiert, wie oft Kimihito im Laufe eines Tages ungewollt übergriffig wird. Das Ergebnis überrascht.- "Never-Ending Tittilation"Die Brüste von Centaurea, bisher schon riesig gewesen, wachsen! Die Mädchen geben ihr Bestens, um Centaurea bei ihrem Problem zu helfen.- "Home Alone with Manako"Manako soll auf Papi aufpassen, während alle anderen ins Krankenhaus müssen. Problem: In Japan werden auf Feldern statt Vogelscheuchenoffenbar Attrappen aufgestellt, die riesige Augen darstellen. Daher reagiert Papi nun nicht besonders gut auf Manako (Wir erinnern uns - Zyklopin).- "Being Dirty does not suit you"Meerjungfrau Mero will duschen, aber das Shampoo verklebt ihre Kiemen und verhindert so, daß sie atmen kann. Kimihito versucht zu helfen.- "Hanging with Rachnee-san"Kimihito und die Mädels versuchen sich an einem langweiligen Nachmittag zu beschäftigen.- "The Feminine Wiles of the Monster Girls"Eine Sammlung von mehreren Geschichten, die thematisch zusammenhängen und jeweils über nur 1-2 Seiten gehen.- "Is your Boyfriend Jailbait?"Im Bestreben, ihre Stellung als "Waifu Number One" zu zementieren, jubelt Mia heimlich Kimihito eine "Minor Love Potion" unter. Das die"Minor Love Potion" von Frau Smith kam, hätte Mia stutzig machen müssen. Es zeigt sich, daß das Augenmerk hier weniger auf "Love", sondern mehr auf "Minor" lag...- "Is that how it works?"Eine Sammlung von mehreren Geschichten, die thematisch zusammenhängen und jeweils über nur 1-2 Seiten gehen.- "Monster Girl Meals"Was essen die Monstermädchen eigentlich so?- "Cultural Awareness through gaming"- "Monster Girl 4-Koma Theater"- "Everyday Life with Ghosts"Es spukt im Haus!Achso, es finden sich noch drei "Postkarten" im Buch. Auf der Vorderseite ist jeweils ein Farbbild von Mia, Centaurea und Papi zu sehen. Auf der Rückseite eine kurze Beschreibung des Charakters und ein weiteres S/W-Bild.Fazit:Wer (so wie ich) nicht auf das Erscheinen von Band 9 der Monstermädchen warten kann, dem sei "Monster Musume: I Heart Monster Girls 1" aus ganzem Herzen empfohlen.
