I have bought these same brand in a local store & they were very good. These were stale, tasteless, and arrived crumbled apart, and of course could not be returned. Total waste of money.

Cookies are wonderful, but arrived broken. The company refunded my money which was very nice of them. I chose to change my poor rating because of their customer service. I would order from this company again. They did wrap it well, it just didn’t travel well.

This taste rancid, old, terrible taste, I had this palmiers before and was delicious, the ones I received are old, mushed crumbling pieces, taste rancid, smell rancid, and to make it worse I'm unable to returned it

They are very good

There are going to be a lot of crumbs in the box. If you live in a city that doesn’t have a Costco then Amazon is your only option to buy them. Duecti being fairly delicate cookies, they don’t ship well with all the postal handling. But rest assured, the crumbs and broken bits are just as delicious as the whole cookies. We save the whole ones for company and eat the broken ones with our tea when by ourselves!

These came in and they were all broken and tons on crumbs and very stale. Will keep ordering from Costco. They should replace these or give us our money back. Disappointed as I was excited to get them in.
