Excellent product, the dose of the liquid soap is just as it should be to wash hands.However, use only a liquid soap and not a creamy one. Creamy is too sticky for the dispenser.

When I bought first days it was working goodLater on that it is not working, bad quality

After few days not working properly. Every time you should bring your hands 5 or 6 times below sensor to activate it then small amount of drop comes out.

I bought two. One of them broke right away. the other one is not working properly.

Stops working within first week of use

After some time it will not work properly and the soap stuck I tried to do deep cleaning and replace new batteries but it didnt work

I've used this soap dispenser for many, many years and love it. It matches all of the stainless steel in my kitchen, and I really like that rather than having dish soap on my counter. I hold my scrub brush underneath but of course a discloth works too. I find that if I dilute the dish soap I put in the dispenser with a little water, it works better for me.

We own four of these - three for hand soap and a second at the kitchen sink for dish soap. All of them have worked surprisingly well considering how cheap they are.Batteries are the problem because they never seem to age at the same rate - more than once I have taken batteries out only to find one of them is at %10 and the rest are at %80. The batteries last a decent enough time, probably six months depending on use. They do keep our battery supply "fresh" by using them up.The quantity they dispense is highly dependent on how vicious the fluid is and how old the batteries. It would be nice to have a handle dial to control how long it dispenses for, which could be modified over the life of the batteries or how vicious the fluid is. I would upgrade to newer ones if they provide this feature. Most hand soap is fine, but the dish soap needs to be diluted which never seems to work that well otherwise it comes out in dribbles.Would buy again and recommend for friends.
