Fantastic Quality for the Price
I really don't understand what separates Shimano from other fishing reel manufacturers. Other manufacturers make it sound like adding more bearings or higher gear ratios elevates them above Shimano. I have purchased other reels from manufacturers that claim to have better value and features.But the truth is, if you are looking for reels with great balance, durability, smoothness and versatility you can't beat a reel like the Catana from Shimano.Several years ago, I purchased a Shimano reel that is 60% of the price of the Catana. Since then, I have purchased a few other reels from other online manufacturers that were more expensive. The Shimano is still going strong while the others have been trashed or given away due to design flaws, and durability issues.Even for the low price, this reel feels as high quality as any that I have ever purchased. It is very smooth and well balanced.I would highly recommend this reel.

Un mulino leggero, robusto e veloce. Per la pesca a spinning alla trota ma anche a spigole in mare è perfetto. Con shimano è impossibile sbagliare. CONSIGLIATISSIMO e recensione positiva al venditore
