My husband and I both got one of these…he for when he works out and me to keep me from grinding my teeth while sleeping. My husband loves it. He finds it super comfortable and very effective in his application. I really like this as a tooth guard because it sits on the bottom teeth rather than the top. However, it’s not as comfortable as I had hoped. It feels a bit big in my mouth and even pinches my cheeks. For my application though it seems to be one of the best options. Many of the other mouth guards reviews complain that they don’t last long but this one seems to be super durable. So I’ll stick with it until something better comes along.

I'm pretty conflicted on it. I need it to be better than it is.It is even in the photo of the product, now that I see it again, but it molds over the bottom jaw molars. I am a bigger, well, bigger-ish person. I have pretty big teeth too and for this to be comfortable on my gums I'd have to trim the outside edges. However, doing that will probably ruin how the product retains grip on my teeth and I don't feel like I should have to trim anything due to my (sort of larger-ish) size.It's OK, but the problem is that I really do clench my teeth when I run and lift so it works in that it helps me breathe better, but not in that I will wear it every time because it is uncomfortable.

If you follow instructions it is easy to mold to your teeth. I did like that it was bottom teeth not the top. Unfortunately I forgot to put it back in the convenient case after I removed it from my mouth and my dog chewed it in half. But the comfort was the best I have had and I have tried multiple mouth pieces.

Need to use some heat to get the mold to custom fit your grill, but after that, deadlift and chew like a hulk with braces.

Gave it a try. After a couple attempts I was able to get it molded correctly. However, if you are used to retainers or invisiline, it does not fit very snugly in comparison. Seems that it could be functional if someone needed to upgrade how they manage their flow of air.

Works well but small.

I never write reviews about anything, yet I rely on them for all my purchases, so I think it’s only fair I give credit where due and feedback to help any hesitant buyers out there.I am an avid crossfitter, and pretty competitive so always looking for areas where I can improve.I read a lot of views, had this saved in my saved items for many months and then decided it was time to give it a go.It could be mental but everything about it has helped, my breathing, my stamina, my lifting in workouts and most importantly my recovery during and after workouts, I honestly feel like this has given me the nudge in my competitive edge to take my abilities to another level.Again it may also be a lot of mental but I feel great and so happy I decided to try it out! Initially it feels strange but once you get comfortable it’s worth it if you really interested!

I tried the airwaave for the first time today, and decided to put it to the test with Murph (No vest because I’m old). While I fitted it properly, it’s going to take a bit of getting used to having something in my mouth. With that being said, I immediately felt like I was breathing much deeper with greater capacity. I actually started burping half way through the workout! As for negative issues, I did notice that I seemed to salivate more and I had to focus on bitting down. Nonetheless, I’m going to try to make the fit even tighter and I’ll be using it from now on. Ryan

As a Heavyweight athlete it allows him to breathe substantially better compared to New Age Performance Mouthpiece 5DS (Brian Shaw's brand)The airwaav has a smaller profile which my husband appreciates. Easy to mold with instructions.

La compré más que nada por el bruxismo. Noté que puedo hacer una o dos reps más en cada set cuando en un WOD (aunque no sé si sea mental). Pero la lengua queda en una posición rara, llena toda la boca y luego me muerdo, pero me sirve para aprender a dejar de transmitir tensión a la mandíbula (eso no hará que cargue más). Son vicios que hay que corregir y supongo que es cuestión de acostumbrarse. Lo que sí es que ya no puedo hacer ejercicio sin esta guarda.
