I like a sort of messy/natural but classy style, but my very thick but soft, short-medium length, slightly curly hair usually has a mind of its own, especially in the humid region in which I live. Other products I've tried help but not as well I'd like and not without more effort than I really want to put into my hair.This stuff, though, adds just the right amount of hold and texture. I can shape it easily, it stays looking natural, I can run my fingers through it all I want without ruining it, and it's stays just as soft as it is without product. It's literally exactly what I wanted.Except... the one minor quibble I have is the smell. It's too "medicine-y" to me - more like a foot cream than a hair product. But it's not strong and dissipates quickly so I really don't mind at all.

Put it in hair and went outside in the heat. Began swearing and It got in my eyes and burned. Had eye goop for hours later.

Looks like zinc oxide, average hold, very greasy, doesn't dry. Never again.
