Seriously worth a look, a tardis!
I had a LowePro, one of the 'gold' standards in camera kit bags. It was fine, I found it slightly badly/oddly laid out (for me didnt quite fit my gear set up). plus the handle always annoyed me (the single stick style meant it was always 'fishtailing'). After bout 2 years, the handle went, so thought Id try something different.I liked the look of the Manfrotto 70, but that was more of a 'compartment/slots on wheels' than a bag. this had more of a 'kit on the move' style, with loads of pockets and nooks and crannies as well as body and lens slots. Its seriously great. I trust my gear in it. It has tons of compartments you NEED, I can swap it to carry a drone in a minute. The compartment lifts out so I could even use it as a suitcase in seconds. I transferred my LowePro 450 roller contents to it and it was literally half full. Now its cavernous nature means it will get heavy, tho its fine to roll, occasionally you'll have to carry it up stairs like I have to on the Tube. Also, there is NO WAY, I see this getting on as hand-luggage. its nearly 4kg unloaded, and BIG. (not that it stops people getting on with huge cases on some it seems) check with your airline. However, I plan to get one of the smaller ones from this range for travelling for work via air. This I'm treating as a 'studio on the move' type set-up which it excels at.Very impressed, the price makes it seem like a steal when compared to brands like ThinkTank, Lowepro and Manfrotto.

Fantastic Quality
This is my 4th Vanguard bag, I now have 4 different sizes. This bag is perfect for travel, having the wheels saves having the weight on your shoulders. The quality is as fantastic as Vanguard always is. I wanted the 48T and could not find it anywhere apart from this one so was really happy to get one.

Initially a great bag, then the WHEEL FELL OFF!! I can no longer use it, waste of money!!
This was a great bag at first, but after a few uses the wheel fell off!! I managed to find it and screw it back on. I was always checking it and tightening it. Then I used it last week for a big job. I jumped in a taxi home and got out, then realised the wheel had fallen off again and this time lost, rendering it completely useless!! I have written to Vanguard about this and hoping for a replacement, I'll keep you posted. At £199 for a bag, I expect it to last many years!! Working Wheels on a Wheelie case are fundamental!! I would personally look at Newer or another brand!!

Holds a lot of gear!
Excellent large bag, easily holds 3 pro bodies (two of them with lens attached), 24-70, 70-200, 105mm, 85mm, 50mm, 2 x godox AD200, 2x on camera flash units, wireless triggers bunch of magmod modifiers as well as the usual extra batteries and cleaning cloths etc... Handy I can strap my tripod to the front and carry a light stand on the side which is very handy for carting your stuff about at a wedding.

I feel confident that my gear is well protected.
A wee bit heavier than I would have like BUT lighter usually means not as protective, so you can't win. Very nicely made too. I prefer the double handle to those with single handle - less likely to tip on uneven surfaces. I feel confident that my gear is well protected. Not taken it on a plane yet, so hoping that they will allow me on with it as hand luggage.
