It looks bulky in the pic but it actually is thin and fits really close to your body the fabric is lightweight and it adjustable on the sides. I received my ladies vest today! It was well packed. Easy to insert the little weights into the well designed pockets. I was amazed how comfortable the vest is. I was afraid that I may be too busty for any weighted vest. I am glad I ordered the woman's vest as it does not have weights over the bust area. For reference I am 36 D and 5'8'' 150#. The large vest fits perfectly. The material is somewhat stretchy but supportive. A very nice, well made product that is comfortable. I could tell on my usual morning 1 hour walk that I was more winded and got a nice workout. You can definitely feel the 10# of weights are adding extra to the exercise program. Glad I decided to get this!

My Dr. reccomended a weighted vet to help reverse mild osteopenia. I tried a few and liked Hyper Vest the best. It is well worth the price. Sized for a female shape, comfortable, adjustable and you increase weight load overtime. I tried a vest that is shorter and found that it sites too heavily on the shoulders. Not looking for shoulder work but evenly distributed weight. I wear it a few hours a day. Right now I am at 5lbs. For refernece, I am 5' 3" and 120 lbs. The small was perfect. However its a bit tighter in the chest area. I am a 34B and there isn't much room for expansion!

This is by far the most comfortable weighted vest I’ve worn as a short woman with curves. I’m 5’2, 150 lbs, and measurements are 40, 28, 42. The large fits my torso fine.It’s adjustable, stretchy, and just weighted enough to feel it during a workout or while doing chores.The only thing, is that you wouldn’t be able to wear it under clothes discreetly because the sand makes a loud shifting sound when you lean over / change positions. I’m considering adding some of those flat flexible weights instead of the sand it comes with.

This vest is amazing. I bought two other vests and had to return them because they were causing a lot of shoulder pain from the weight pulling down on the shoulders. This vest has all the weight on the torso area and you’re able to really tighten it on the sides so it’s not pulling down on the shoulders. I’ll finally be able to work out comfortably without the shoulder pain. So glad I found this vest!

I've been using this vest now just over three months and I'm very happy with it. This vest was suggested for me to strengthen my bones becasue of osteoporosis. It fits perfect and is comfortable to wear. No compaints what so ever!! I have slowly added the weights to it. For reference I'm 5'1", weigh 116 and 36B, I got a small, Its made well and quite adjustable.

A physical therapist who tested many brands recommended this brand. Size runs small, so I recommend getting one size larger.As part of an experiment, I wore this vest 8 hours a day for 3 weeks. It was comfortable to wear for most of that time, and it looks the same as when I first took it out of the box! The material is breathable yet durable. I like the design - the weights are placed around the abdomen/lower back.After my experiment, one of my friends who didn’t know about my experiment noticed that I had lost inches.Perfect for anyone who wants to lose weight/inches and/or build bone/muscle mass.
