Uncle Mike'sCompetition Belt Compet Belt System Black, XL 44-48' Inner&Outer Belt System, Poly Bag 87713

I purchased this to use during USPSA and IDPA pistol competitions. On the belt I carry three double stack mags and a M&P full size 9mm in a Blade Tech holster. It is my first gun belt, so I can't compare the sturdiness to other comparable brands like Double Alpha. I feel the belt is rigid enough and will hold my equipment for now, but I may need to upgrade if I start three gun competitions and need more gear. The velcro sticks well, but there are some issues with the three mags in a line because there isn't enough velcro-on-velcro contact to keep them secure. As a result, I had to add some velcro myself to the back of the three mags so they don't sag. No problems with sag on my gun holster. Obviously, the price on the belt is great compared to other brands. The sizing of the belt seems to be the big issue, and the reason why I had to return it and order a larger size. I wear a 38 pant, and I originally ordered the large (38-42). After reading the reviews I debated getting the larger belt, but my fragile ego wouldn't let me. The large did fit fine, but there was only two/three inches of overlap for the top layer, which made the hold less secure. Various websites and youtube videos suggest a six inch overlap, which is why I'm now waiting on the XL to be shipped to me. Overall, I'm fairly happy with the belt for my first year or two of pistol competitions.

The belt has great features for the price. I don't know how long the hook and loop closure will hold up as I have it for just a short period of time, as of this time everything is fine. I most likely will get another in the not so distant future.

Yes!!! Uncle Mike finally took some of those useless holsters and turned them into this fantastic competition belt! I feel like they may have redeemed there brand by creating such a great product! Im buying another one before they stop production or jack up the price because it really is a terrifically practical belt! Well made, too! Makes me want to shoot more often for sure. Very comfortable. Kudos Uncle Mikey!!!

Really like this belt! I have a holster, two .223 mag holders and two 9mm twin mag holders as well as a shotgun pouch...belt is set up for 3-gun. Very sturdy and I like the way it can rest on my hips without being tight around my waste as I have a bad back. For extra security, I do loop a small piece of Velcro around the entire belt where the pieces meet so they won't come undone, but that's just something I want...Better safe than sorry in a match.

I am enjoyed using this belt in 3 gun competition. It is as good as most all the competition belts on the market at half the price. You may need to modify accessories to fit the belt. My Blade Tech holster fit perfect. Also, I use the inner belt or outer belt through the pant loops for CCW.

This belt will not come off your pants. It's very sturdy. Fairly lightweight. Excellent purchase. Would purchase again.

Belt is way too stiff

Pretty solid product, velcro could be a little better quality but it does work, just ordered a second one for my other match setup
