I have really bad chronic pain. I take these instead of taking other pain medicines. They do work very well. On most days on a scale of 1 to 10 my pain level is usually between an 8-9. There is nothing that can be done to fix me, I just have to learn to continue to live with it.

Years ago (1989-1993), I worked my way through college as a pharmacy tech at Eckerd Drugs. The pharmacist recommended these. I have been taking these for headaches and arthritis relief since then. One Percogesic lasts all day and the pain in my arthritic knees is manageable and sometimes outright gone. My hubby used these at the first sign of a migraine and it dulled it enough that the migraine never developed.

A number of years ago I asked a retiring pharmacist whats the best OTC pain pill. He recommended these. Instead by then. If I can sleep 2 of these gets me 8 hours perfect rest.
