I bought this to replace the old and not working neon in a clock face up high in a clock tower. The end result is great.Easy to cut and cap.Light is evenly distributed and matches the old neon white very well.I had to modify the clips they provide and also had to use zip ties to form the shape and keep it in place. That would be my only criticism - provide more universal clips.

I bought this as a replacement for an older red led light strip that I really liked. Still very easy to mount and bright enough for what i need which is just a way to light up a shed. Yes, you do need to order a power supply separate from the light but they are both fairly cheap and man does it make the shed easy to see in.

Best lights I’ve found for projects. Being able to cut lights in 1/2 inch increments makes these far more versatile and functional. I’ve purchased several of the available colors and I’ve been very happy with this brand of lights.

We used these to add lighting under our cabinets in an old Airstream. Things to be aware of:(1) The light is even and is not harsh when the light strip is clearly visible. No irritating separate LEDs to look at. Nice.(2) It is not very bright. We tried these with, and without, a separately purchased dimmer, and the highest setting is not optimal task lighting. It's better than nothing, but even with a regular switch, the lumens are what I consider adequate, not optimal, for food prep.(3) The clips are insufficient. With gravity at work, the tape sags. Should ship with more clips. We are adding double sided tape to hold up the strip more securely and uniformly.(4) This strip works well with a dimmer. Some LEDs designed to work with dimmers are a bit squirrelly. This strip is rock solid.(5) For task lighting, I wish I'd shopped for a dual-temperature light. Many other lights in our trailer have dual temperature LEDs, both warm and daylight. Using the daylight setting, they are more useful as task lights. They appear to emit greater lumens. Even if this is an illusion, it effectively provides better light for tasks. To have the option of daylight for our countertops would have been perfect. But if there's only one temp, I wanted warm. That was more important to me for daily living in the space when traveling. For my home, I would seek out dual temp neon strips. If I find them, may replace the one I've installed.

I didn’t realize it until after I bought it, opened it, and saw that I have no way to even use it. Checked the listing and it mentions it at the end/bottom. Why sell a product that is incomplete wtf? And it is such an uncommon power source/adapter. Can’t even tell if it works or not because I can’t even use it.

The media could not be loaded. Nothing negative to say about them. I bought these because they have a very small cutting gap. Price was well compared to others. Glueing these was a bit pf trouble but ca glue with activator worked best which i found out after. Using thin starbond made a lot of mess and ghosting. Finding a good power supply was a bit of an issue at least one that was cheap. A lot of them seem to lie about handling power.
