I bought the freckle two pack with the light and dark colors. They are like a felt tip marker. There is a little trial and error at first. I recommend holding it straight out from your face and lightly dotting the tip of the pen onto your skin. The freckles do not smear throughout the day but wash off easily with soap and water.A few tips:Once you have the hang of using the pen, for bigger dots, as soon as you apply, tap it with your finger to blur the edges so it doesn’t look like a marker.Mix the light and dark for a more dramatic effect, or use only the light for a more subtle effect.You can apply a light makeup over the freckles after you let it dry so they show through.Stand back between application to look for spacing or where more need to be added.Most important tip, go crazy. This is seriously one of the most fun products I have bought in a long time. Both my daughter and I love it. It looks super cute on a range of ages. My daughter even tried it out on my mom who is in her 60’s and it even looked cute on her. The price is great for what you get and I would recommend to anyone that wants to add some fun into their makeup, that takes less than 5 minutes to achieve a great finished look.

The media could not be loaded. This product seems partially empty upon arrival. The tips on both pens were white so I pulled them out and flipped the tip around to the other end and they both work fine. They need to add more ink to the pens though, for sure..Also, I was worried they wouldn’t show well on my skin complexion, but I think the shades are perfect! The freckles are easily removable with water too.So far so good 🤷🏾‍♀️

good product, lasts awhile too, doesn’t dry out or anything. tip is a little wide but does the job!

I like that this set comes with 2 colors. I am fair to medium skin toned so the lighter shade is most compatible for me. I just find these are hard to look natural and not too drawn on. The best approach seems to be to apply them and then quickly go over them lightly with a damp beauty blender with a little foundation on it. They dry quickly so you have to go over it very quickly, but that’s the best way to get the natural look.

I read the reviews and there's a mix between liking it and, product not working. For me, both of the freckle pens were completely dried out. At the base you could see pigment but as for the tip, completely white and dry. I couldn't get a single mark out of either pens.

I love them, the colors are perfect it’s also very easy to apply n look natural. Tbh I was kind of worried there was a technique to doing the freckles but surprisingly easy. Will buy again. Also kind of stubborn to get off with just water so that’s cool

It needs to be a little thinner it just looks like big dots on your face

I bought this because I really like my natural freckles and hate the fact that when I wear foundation they get covered up. I bought this in the hopes that I could highlight them so they were visible when I’m wearing makeup. It worked so well I almost forgot to take my makeup off because I could see my freckles and for the last 30+ years that’s only the case when I’m not wearing makeup. Anyway, I LOVE this pen. Just and FYI, I use the lighter colored pen and it’s perfect for me. It’s possible this would be too dark on paler skin. But I have no idea.
