Unfortunately the product arrived with a cistern having a bad manufacturing defect in as much as the casting was distorted which meant it was out of square particularly along the front glazed facing - see photo which shows a steel rule along its front edge and the amount of distortion. However, I cannot praise Plumbworld highly enough in how quickly they replaced the defective item. The replacement was fine, so if you order this toilet, as well as checking for any flaws or chips with the enamelling, do check that the cistern is not distorted in any way.Any person with reasonable D.I.Y skills should be able to install this toilet themselves without needing the services of an experienced plumber, but the following advice may prove helpful:Firstly, with respect to Plumbworld, not all the information they provide in the 'questions & answers' section is correct. The water inlet to the cistern can be fitted on either the left or right hand side. A plug is provided to blank off whichever hole is not required.A pan to floor fixing kit is provided. This should be found packed in the outlet to the bowl. The two brackets in the kit have to be quite accurately positioned and it is disappointing that the manufacturer has not been enterprising enough to provide a template printed on the transit carton to aid correct positioning. Do not be tempted to anchor the toilet to a wall using the two holes provided in the back of the cistern. This could cause unnecessary strain on the relatively thin walls of the actual cistern and in any event, one of the holes (depending on R. or L. water inlet) will be obscured by the inlet valve.The threaded part of the water inlet valve which is secured with a hexagon nut to the base of the cistern is not very long . It is therefore, strongly recommended that a 1/2 inch flexible braided pipe is used and is connected to the end of the valve BEFORE coupling up the cistern to the pan. Thread the flexible pipe through the appropriate hole in the pan. Once the cistern and pan are coupled together, trying to tighten the nut of the pipe to the inlet valve will be found to be quite difficult.The instructions provided for fitting the toilet seat are incorrect. The two two locating pegs must face OUTWARDS and set at an approximate 45°angle - see photo.The instructions for the push button installation are also somewhat confusing particularly relating to the correct alignment with the flush valve. I did not find it necessary to shorten the flush rods.I found the functionality of this toilet worked well and is of pleasing design. Assuming both inlet and flush valves continue to function correctly and provide long service, I would not hesitate in recommending this product as well as the service provided by Plumbworld which was excellent in all respects.

Arrived broken, can't get a refund without returning it, can't return it until I find a replacement as it's my only toilet and its still functional. Not their fault, all they did was send me a broken cistern.
