I was very excited to find this because I print all of my shipping labels wirelessly from my iPad. It’s such a waste to print on paper, trim and tape. When I received this, the initial setup of the printer itself was easy and straightforward. There were multiple different directions for installing the software on the computer but none of them were clear or helpful at all. I ended up calling and the customer support to set everything up was super helpful. Just call and make it easy on yourself. This is where I learned that this printer is not set up to print shipping labels wirelessly. It can only print bar codes and QR codes wirelessly. This does not make sense to me at all and I was very disappointed to discover this as it was the whole reason I purchased it. Hopefully it will be a feature in the future. Ultimately, it isn’t the end of the world to print shipping labels from my computer, just another step. And it’s definitely easier and less wasteful than the old paper trimming and taping method. Overall I’ve been happy with the printer itself, just disappointed that it does not print shipping labels wirelessly and that didn’t seem clear in the description :(

Easy to set up.. however had to use an old computer because my newer MacBooks don’t have USB port hook ups. The driver is a USB and there is a CD which my computer doesn’t take either. Nowhere to download it online that I know of. And I still haven’t figured out the wireless feature.. but overall for it having to be hooked up to an old computer the printer works great and I love it.

I purchased this printer as an alternative to the brother wireless printer, hoping to be able to print wirelessly. Unfortunately, that function is not available on macs. The support team was very responsive and attempted to help me. Ended up sending it back and buying the brother printer which is awesome and simple.The wireless function even if you have a PC is so complicated, unlike with brother that has WPS button I was set up within seconds. I recommend you visit this companies website for setup to see if its something you are down for before purchasing.

Fabulous printer！ I love it .I am looking for a wireless label printer and there are not many options for Mac book, until I found this one.The part I enjoy:1. It is Mac WiFi supported, and it works on my Mac2. The printer is compact and has label storage internally, no need other label holder and save space3. The printer can work with all labels , we all know the brand labels costs.There are other brand of printer can support Mac WiFi but cost almost doubled of the price, which is another gain!To set up the Mac Wi-fi took longer than I expected due to the driver file needs to be modified to work on my Mac which looks like computer related, it might happen or not on yours. If yes, chmod +x command will works perfectly! Or call customer service who are really experienced and nice!So far I used this label printer for about 3 weeks and everything works perfect , strongly recommended!

The print quality of this printer is bad. It’s more like it doesn’t print how it should on the paper everything is always crooked and you end up wasting more paper even with using their printing labels that you bought. I was very pissed off with the fact that I wasted probably about 50 pages trying to print out one shipping label. I’m tech savvy and it wouldn’t work and I know how to use a printer as well.This printer also does not work through Bluetooth and I read the reviews and I still continue to buy it. You can only use it through connecting it to the computer which is also a hassle and time consuming.For the value of the money you get what you pay for. Basically if you don’t spend more than $300 on a laser printer it’s probably gonna be a bad experience. However the adhesion to the shipping packages were pretty good.Unfortunately I had to return the printer because I wasn’t too keen on wasting my money on this printer with the shipping labels as well.It is a pretty good looking printer but for it to have so much problems when you start using it is very disappointing.

I bought this thermal label printer three weeks ago, I really love this printer so far. It prints the label crisp and fast on my Windows desktop , which saved me a lot of time to adjust the label size and just peal and stick after I print the label.I did face some issue 1) I did not succeed to get wi-fi installed first time 2) The printed label size was smaller than the label so I called the customer service, they really did good job to get me through the installation, I realized the wi-fi connection was not good so restart the printer helped to get IP address and reset the default setting of printed label size helped me to get everything right.Compare to the other brand this label printer is only half price but it support same wi-fi features, worth to try if you are looking for a cost effective option.

The only reason I bought it was because it was wireless. After follow the steps by steps instructions to configure my Mac with the printer wirelessly it never detect my wireless password. Still connected USB as my Rolo. :-(Waiting on an update to see if somehow the connection gets easier that adding it to the computer terminal. With the technology we have these days it should be something easier..

It is defeated good to have wifi connection but printer setup for wifi is ridiculously lengthy (many steps) and difficult. I suceeded the windows setup but gave up mac setup with wifi way. I didn’t try USB driver setup but hope it is easier than wifi.Printing is faded and sometimes skip some dots which is not satisfied.
