Bias Tape Maker 50MM(2inch) for Sewing Quilting Tools

I haven’t found it work as easy as the video, however I will preserver. I do love the pegs that come in the kit!

Gosh, I hate to give this a mediocre review, but this set just would not work for me. Using it with blue jean material in a continuous bias. Wherever they where pieced together jammed up. I finally had to stop and cut the material to get it off. It seems like a well made metric set, and in this photo I took a marker and wrote the closest fractional size to each. I tried the sewing foot provided, but it was very flimsy and wasn't worth the time it took putting it on. I ended up making my bias folds by sight and that worked fine. I suspect the smaller sizes below the largest 1" (25mm) would be even harder to use. The set most likely will be just stuck in the dust bin of tried but not worth it sewing aids.

I specifically bought this one because it said it had imperial measurements (inches). But the product is only in mm. While close, the conversion isn’t exactly the imperial measurements given in the description.

This review is not really for the product but for the state of the product upon receipt. Since this product didn’t indicate that it was used, I am expecting a new product. However as you can see from the pictures, the product was already opened and the packaging torn a little bit when I got it. The packaging doesn’t really matter but if I buy a new product, I expect that the product is properly sealed nota return from someone else.

In this time of sewing face masks and needing bias tape for the ties this set was fabulous. It took longer than I'd hoped to receive but so did nearly everything being ordered for sewing. I'm looking forward to many more projects made easier with these tools. The only piece that wasn't helpful was the presser foot included. Just not worth the time making it work.
