Stetsonmens Cowboy

I like that this hat is mesh, and that on the front of the hat there is fabric under the brim to block out the sun on my face. It is very lightweight and airy. It is not adjustable, the material is stiff, but still quite comfortable. I deducted one star because the fabric on the underside of the brim looks like function over style and if I was short and nobody would be looking upward toward my face, I would keep this hat. However I am tall and so the underside of the brim would show and the color reminds me of support hose. I am reluctantly sending back this airy-lighweight hat.In most of my reviews I talk about how a product smells - this hat does not have a chemical smell at all. That's unusual for straw hats and probably because it is not shipped from overseas and does not require spraying with insect killing spray to get it into the USA. So no doubt it is healthier to wear.

Just got this hat and couldn't be more pleased. It is well made, very light weight, has an additional layer in front to better block the sun and for a Stetson it's a steal. I have a rather small head, about 7.25 and S/M is ideal.

I just got it today!I'm a size medium, out of the box it feels slightly small, however it loosens up over time and fits well. I'm very pleased how light (4 oz) and breathable this hat is, compared to the western straw hats I had in the past. You can tell the weight differences. Seagrass is something I never seen before in the Northwest either. The color is oat colored, not quite as light in the picture. Form looks good, just like the picture. I noticed in the comments that there was some fabric underneath the brim. My hat didn't come with that and I thought it was worth mentionOverall, I like it!

I have had two of these hats and have been completely satisfied with them.
