I have a large family and I am the cook of the house. This is a great set of salt and pepper grinders
This is a great set of salt and pepper grinders. I read one review before I purchased that they produce a lot of ground pepper or salt with one turn - and they really do! Very easy to get enough seasoning into a pot or skillet of food - or for just a touch on your plate. Would highly recommend.

Ordered twice
Since this is completely glass the first set I got, arrived in pieces so I had to get it again. The second time was a charm. Nothing was broken. This is replacing another grinder I have. the reason I really like this one is because there's a lid. The other brand I own does not have one and it makes such a mess. I have salt all over because of that. These are very simple yet attractive in design. There's nothing fancy just classic. You can easily adjust the coarseness of each grinder to whatever your needs are. They worked out very well for me as did the lids. Perfect except for....
Only criticism is one of the glass bottoms is unbalanced and wobbles. Aside from that they work well. Easy to use, fill and cap. They grind very well . If you could get a replacement for the glass bottom without returning them 5 stars.

Not what I had imagined.
I am returning these. These are more like two pepper shakers than a salt and pepper shaker. And the detachable bottom is a little weird and seems like it's just going to end up getting lost somewhere in a drawer.
