I wanted to use this soap as a Christmas stocking stuffer, but the bars of soap just didn't look very attractive. The soap was flaking, the impression of the "Splendor" name in the soap was poorly done, the soap didn't have the nice two-tone color shown in the product description, and it also didn't look as large as the photo in the product description. I was too embarrassed to use it as a gift, so I just used it myself. The soap did have a very pleasant scent (lots of vanilla and oatmeal) and the bits of cocoa nibs gave a nice exfoliating feel, but the bar didn't last as long as other brands of similar size. It made me itch too. After I finished the first bar and started on the second I noticed dry, flaky, itchy patches of skin on my arms and legs. Stopped using the Splendor soap after that, and my skin went back to normal.

6/21/2019. I am still absolutely in love with this product! Not even sure how many times I’ve ordered them, but I hope they never stop making.Love the scent and lather. This rinsed off clean. Just ordered my second box. My husband and I both love this product!Second order arrived right on time. Love the fast easy service!For those saying it goes too fast I recommend don't let the water run over the bar. Wet your body and step out of the stream of water to suds up your body or washcloth. Remember coconut oil is solid at room temperature, but turns into a liquid at body temperature. Hot water speeds up that process.

This is the 3rd type of soap I've ordered from this seller (I've been very pleased), and it's the first for which I've thought the fragrance was too strong. I like to put the bars out to let them harden up a bit, but this one's fragrance was overwhelming to me. I eventually had to put it in my garage because it was too much in any part of my living space! But after letting the bars harden in the garage, I like the soap a lot - and actually like the fragrance now that it's not so strong.

I have terrible dry skin. Tried many products over the yrs. not a big fan of vanilla, but I know oatmeal agrees with my skin from past use. So I gave this stuff a try. It is a bar, but it's awesome. Skin feels great, don't need as much lotion on most areas. Leaves me refreshed and smooth. Plus does leave a clean soft smell. I also bought the lemongrass bars as well. I am interested in trying others since they have differing ingredients. But the made me a believer. Great stuff

I received a bar of this soap as a Christmas gift from someone who knows how much I struggle to find things to help with a skin condition that causes "itch" and "welts". After using it twice, I realized the itch had decreased and the welts were less red! Eventually, I was able to not use my prescription lotion every night! I spoke to my oncologist, and he looked at the soap and said it had great ingredients and if it was helping, he was "on board" and "all in". I will continue to order this, in fact, when I see how often I need to reorder, I will just add it to my "subscribe and save". Thank you for making this soap...... My skin looks and feels amazing..... And the scent of coconut and vanilla has become my favorite!

I’m giving one star just because they smell nice, but doesn’t look like in the picture at all and are very small. I bought them to use as a gift but I ended up keeping them because they didn't look appealing at all. Found similar product at the Whole Food Store on sell for the same price but bigger and very aspectuous

I was leery about using a bar soap. But desperate to get away from harmful chemicals, so I gave it a try. I will never look back! This soap is wonderful! I personally use the Soothing Vanilla Oatmeal bar soap and saw improvements in my eczema in about a week!! My daughter uses the Tea Tree bar soap to control under arm odor and no longer needs an anti-perspirant. We will be life-long clients and look forward to trying some of the other products!

First off, it does the job! But I dislike that they are so small!!! After only two uses the bar on the far right is how it looks. I may get 4-5 more uses out of that one. I just expected more!!
