Mini 18 Note Wind-up Beech Wooden Music Box Tune of You are My Sunshine for Christmas/Birthday/Valentine's Day

This "music box" does not turn on/off when the box is opened/closed. It simply runs until it unwinds, regardless of whether the lip is up or down. Not my idea of a giftable music box, so I returned it.

the music box is very cute. it’s small, but does the job. the song i got was “you are my sunshine”. the song plays perfectly, in tune. the only thing i wish was different was that one crank would complete the song instead of the crank being that it plays the song in a loop until the it just stops in the middle of the song. it comes with a little mirror attached to the inside of the top. overall, it makes for a very cute, specialized gift.

I really like this product! I bought it for my fiancée for christmas this year and while she loves it, I do have one problem with it. If you close it, the music doesn’t stop. It only stops when the music runs out which I didn’t like. I wish it would stop when I close the box, but other than that, I love it.

The mirror fell out within the first few days but nothing a little glue can't fix. Plays for about 2 mins. It's a little difficult to wind since the box is so small the winding knob is inset into the bottom and very close to the raised edge. But my baby likes the sound of the wind as much as the music.

Delivered in neat package. Motor occupies have the nicely done box so half can be used as a jewerly holder. The sound is clear but somewhat low in volume as it should be. Those boxes are made for individual use. My daughter love and was so happy with it. The price was quite reasonable. I added it to my lists so I can order more for other gifts at birthdays and such

I loved the song the music box played, "You are my sunshine." I think my son felt loved when he received the gift.

This beautiful tiny box delights and puts my 3 and 5 year old sons to sleep every night. They love it and ask to put on their music every night when we leave their room. We wind it and it plays for about 4 minutes and it's easy, beautiful, and sweet sounding. Also it's rather durable. We've used it every day for a month and even let our kids wind it.

Like the music box for the most part however the mirror does fall out very easily, a little wood glue and all is good
