This hair piece is of poor quality. As you can see in the pictures, there are bald spots all over the cap.

Where do I even begin? The product was labeled as a dark blonde and it's definitely not anything close to that (for me that's not so bad I always color the hair to match my hair anyways but it was incredibly dark) The hair came incredibly thin, I understand some want a thin piece to look more natural (I however don't. The hair is going to naturally shed over time and if it starts already very thin then..... You know where that's going) the cap feels extremely cheap and uncomfortable just by the feel of my hands (truly can't see wearing that on my scalp for any period of time) I completely understand not every hair piece is perfect, you have to color, cut, pluck the hair line etc. But this is not acceptable it was $170 us dollars not the most expensive but still very much overpriced for the quality. I did request a refund but want others to be aware.

The first 2 was very good quality and last long time, the 3 was not too good but acceptable and the last one I got was the price way up and a very poor quality, the first wash the hair changed color, the water was just like washing off my head after dying my hair, and I have used only 2 weeks and it is completely bold now, it is terrible how the hair falls not even need to comb just to touch with my fingers and it falls off now I am wearing a bold piece kinda embarrassing I have more natural hair than the hair piece replacement

This product is garbage.....the hair is not european virgin hair , not Remy hair , I'm no even sure its human hair....it gets wet and it just blows up...the base was so thin that you cant take the tape off without tearing it...I have been buying and using these for a long time and this is the worst I've seen....I returned it....tear and all....totally miss represented

I’ve ordered this one several times. QC has gotten better each time. Think with the pandemic they were just rushed. Have really enjoyed this last one. Ordering again. Last about 2 months or so. Hair starts to get real dry into after a month but probably something I’m doing wrong. It’s a good value and your stylist can make it look even better.

Love , love , this unit ,hair is high quality ,soft and easy to style will order again but the only negative I have is that it came in a bag in a shipping envelope Not a box for protection during shipping otherwise I would have given a 5 star rating

I like that I have a lot of hair but then city is extremely heavy if you cut it shorter than how it is you cannot even style it it's so hard to style when you cut it shoulder the hair feels way harder as you keep using it the heritage Falls right out and then it just last 3 months not a good product you can get way better quality for that price

These pieces are well made, I cannot say anything negative about them other than they seem to shed more than others. I just wish the company would offer a red/brown or auburn version.
