Easy to use. Has spatula. Big tub.
It comes with a little triangular applicator that was useful. This was easy to use. I built up several layers to fill a 2cm deep gap in a wooden windowsil. It dried pretty quickly and painted over nicely. Its a pretty big tub really so hopefully it will keep ok (it advises to keep the plastic circle over the goop to keep it moist). I've also wrapped the tub in clingfilm. Please tap "Helpful" ⬇️ if my review has been useful or interesting.Thank you! 🙂 Makes me feel I'm not completely talking to myself here 😂All my reviews are genuine and I always update them if I have any issues further down the line with the item.Consumer power! 💪How do we know if something's any good unless genuine people leave reviews?

Saves marriages and reputations
When redecorating our bedroom, the wife said “if those walls aren’t perfectly smooth I ain’t sleeping in here”. Now, I was tempted to pebble dash the lot after hearing that statement, but instead I relented and bought this filler. It does the job great and now we’re like teenagers again, deeply in love. Saved my marriage and reputation as a competent DIY’er

Excellent for external/internal repairs
This is a great product for patching internal lime plaster and external render, plus works well on external timber patching.I have found the tub does not go off, with my last one used on/off for a year . . . A trick to keeping it moist, scrap the internal cover and cut some templates from plastic bags, then everytime you go in the pot, throw one away and use a new one.Easy to send when set !Highly recommended !

Pretty good for exterior
I've used my bucket of filler for pointing few tile joints on my doorstep.Presentation wise , I find it a little weird to use a quite large bucket just to fill it little more than half . The plastic membrane I had to scoop it out from the filler and really I don't think is very useful until you open the tin , anyway .Quality is very good and generally I'm happy with Ronseal products . It's easy to apply , I used my own metal spatula just because I'm used to work with it and it was more practical for the job .About drying time , it really depends on the weather condition but to be on the safe side I gave it about 12 hours until I sand it down as some of the joints were feeling a bit soft when pushing against .Sanding down is easy and I could paint them with no issues . I paint mine in red and a second coat was not necessary but I choose to for peace of mind .After 2 months of stepping on it and periodic washing up, the filler is keeping good and I couldn't see any sign of cracking or deterioration.

May as well use porridge....
A week in and its still like putty in the wall. I have never used filler like this before. It has the consistency of samolena and doesn’t seem to go hard at all. Seriously you’d be better off using porridge. Unless I have a bad batch it’s difficult to understand why there are so many good reviews for this. It fails miserably at its primary purpose.
