I'm a registered nurse. While I love me some western medicine and evidence-based practice, I'm a little bit of a crunchy girl who likes her natural toothpaste with bentonite clay and her aluminum-free deodorant.I first heard of manuka honey on "Broad City" and because my hobbies include not leaving my house, I looked it up on Amazon. I laughed at the price and did a little research to see why it was so expensive. I quickly realized how useful this stuff is. Now, I hate honey. And this stuff is awful to me. Very vitamin-y. But I eat it because it helps my stomach. I have IBS and it has definitely improved the cramping. I have read that it can help with seasonal allergies, but I haven't noted an improvement in that department her. One thing that surprised me was its rapid healing abilities. I used it on the itchy goose egg that resulted from a tdap shot. It's stopping itching and hurting and is no longer red. So, I'm converted because of that alone. I'll keep purchasing as long as it's a quality product.

Ordered these to take on a cruise and have yet to determine if they have helped or not. I was at the end of a bad cold and had a nagging cough that lasted for weeks and I can not say the these products helped to get rid of the remains of the cold and cough or if it went away by itself. The packets of the honey were easy to carry with you and take no matter where you were, I will continue to use them when needed and hope they are doing what they are advertised to do. Cough drops taste good and they did help to sooth the cough and irritation.

What a wonderful flavor!! My podiatrist recommended manuka honey for a toe infection. I started using it in my apple cider vinegar daily!! The packaging is genius!! The pictures I posted show the little packets that come in the box. If you notice I took a picture of the packet vertical. There is a white line where the package is scored horizontally. You break the packet in two!! Half of the packet is a serving and it is perfect!!

This package came with two separate lot numbers for packets inside box. One half of the packets were fresh and the other half expired in 2017...SIX YEARS AGO!!!

This is GREAT as a snack. Especially for ppl w immune system issues. Research this type of honey. So good. Love it in hot tea but also grab them as snacks to have one per day.

Manuka honey I saw an amazing organic honey that comes from New Zealand and Australia. There are so many health benefits! It is honey from bees that only feed from the Manuka bush. The Manuka bush has been used for it’s medicinal properties for years. Sore throats. Sinus congestion. Use on scrapes and cuts. The honey is antibiotic, anti fungal, and anti microbial. These are convenient little packets. Great to have in your purse for a hot cup of tea on the go. Pack in your bag for vacation, etc.
