decently made rowing strap, but bit uncomfortable to wear
it works and it works well as it should.however, the padding for the back isn't so much and the width of the strap is too narrow.it is bit uncomfortable to use when you want to pull a lot of weight (bowflex) and it feels bit of pain on my back. So, I am using my normal weight lifting belt and then I use this strap on top of it.it is bit pain to use like that, but if I just use it alone, it is bit painful and uncomfortable.

It’s bizarre how uncomfortable this is. I have been trying to modify it with pillows and cushions but still haven’t found an ideal way to reduce the pressure on my back and sides fully. It’s better than nothing would be my review in a nutshell but definitely needs added padding of some kind, especially if your pushing 350lbs or more.Update - only good use of this is single leg pressing
