LOVE this roller! Does not need refrigeration to be effective! For someone with chronic pain, does not require a trip to the frig, wrapping ice in a towel. Quick and convenient to grab at a moment’s notice. So soothing. Great for tension headaches, sore muscles … whatever hurts.

Lo acabo de recibir hoy, se ve que está buenísimo pero viene tirando un liquido blancoso y cuando lo intento girar va manchado.

Very solid and smooth!
I had to write a review because this massage roller is amazing! Easy to use with one hand, very solid and sturdy, and rolls very smoothly. The roller really does glide smooth and it stays cold if you want it to. It is a lot easier to use than some of the larger ones that have grips on both ends, like a rolling pin.This one is the perfect size to use on legs but easy enough to use on arms, chest, neck, etc because of the handle. I might buy another one to keep in my office!

Freezes quickly and maintains cold for s long time when out of freezer. Gives a lovely cryo massage.
