Arrived on time and package was undamaged. I intend to use these in several different ways such as vegan parmesan cheese, replace cashews to make vegan sour cream, and vegan cream cheese. I don't expect any problems with this substitution. The main reason is the cost of cashews at this time. Will update if necessary. I have already been eating plain as a snack and, they are wonderful.
