Love this thing
I bought this on a whim while looking for a conventional scalpel handle. I love the G-10 handle. The quick deploy tang is super handy for a one-handed deployment. I can even use one hand to move the locking spring out of the way and close it. Perfect size and sharp AF because it's a scalpel blade that is replaced way faster than sharpening a blade. Doesn't do everything a knife will do but it's a great addition to the cutting tool set. Very well built.

LOVE IT!
great little knife. i use mine for whittling and carving small characters and animals. maintains its edge if stropped, or simply change out the blade for a new one.

Great knife…fatal flaw😞
I overlooked the fact that this knife has NO pocket clip🤷♂️ This makes this knife a deal breaker for a carry knife for me. I’ll keep it, but very disappointed.

Surprisingly well made, strong detent
I was surprised that this thing has a very smooth action, bronze washers by the look of it, haven't taken it apart yet.The blades are just standard scalpel style blades so you can swap in other style ones.Strong detent, so it flips open very reliably and quickly, the downside of a strong detent is that it takes a lot of force to open it and it is almost impossible to open it without using the flipper tab.I might adjust the detent by bending the lock bar back slightly when I end up taking it apart (I don't suggest other people doing this without being familiar with knives because you are messing with the only safety device on the dang ol thing, but it can be adjusted).Saw some reviews saying that the blade hits somewhere when closing the knife, I don't have that problem so maybe its an issue already fixed by the manufacturer, idk.Good fit and finish, I was expecting worse.

Great knife!
I love this knife! Nice feel and weight and that you can open with one hand. A little stiff to open but sure it will get easier with time. Being able to change the blades to always have nice and sharp is great.

NICE
Small but awesome. Shown next my $45 Havalon. The Samior blade is firm, has metal frame on both sides. The Havalon is metal on only one side, scales have warped over time, and the blade holding mechanism wiggles.I recommend this Samior, be aware it’s small. If lost or broken, I well buy it again.

Awesome.
What’s better than having a knife around?Having one so light, you forget it’s there, and never needing to sharpen it.I love these scalpel knives.I just wish it came with a small pocket clip, then it’d be absolutely perfect.Clint Eastwood and I would gladly pay “a few dollars more” for that.

Smallest locking scalpel knife
For a pocket knife, it's a little larger than I would prefer for a scalpel knife, but the frame lock is a valuable attribute. The locking tab engages on an exceptionally small surface area and that makes me less inclined to trust it. If it weren't a scalpel knife, I would ding them for not grinding a larger locking area. The detent needs time to loosen up as well. It was quite stiff at the beginning. I definitely won't ding them for that because the nature of the design is prone to being too loose. If it were a loose closure, I wouldn't trust it in my pocket.Edit: I discovered after looking at other reviews that the blade rests on the support bar and leaves a dull spot on the blade. Not the end of the world for pockey carry, but certainly a design flaw. Do better Samior!
