Received in great condition. Been using it for months. Fleece covers entire bed. Electric heating area covers most of bed. It does take a while to warm up. I preheat for 45 mins - bed nice and warm.

When you sleep the piece gets in the way try to hide under pillow but should be designed slightly more over to the side of the blanket moreIt has 1 2 3 settings. Put on 3. Heats up quick
