I bought this heater in case our central heating failed in some way. It has good safety functions eg. knock it over, and it quickly switches off etc. It is very easy to aim the heat where we want it, either stationary or moving back and forth. It is light to lift but sits well on the ground. It might seem expensive but I think, for us, it is well worth the money. It is well made. If we need another heater, I will have no hesitation in buying the same again

Gives good heat if you sit quite close. Would have rated 5 star but unfortunately the plug is too big and won't fit into my outdoor covered sockets so have had to use extension lead which in turn won't fit into an outdoor socket cover. Would be better if the seller had changed the plug to a standard British one before selling. Am reluctant to change the plug myself as it may negate any warranty.

Heater works well - toasty in a jiffy - projects a soft and enveloping heat.One of the elements failed after 30 minutes but the supplier fixed it and returned the heater from Germany quickly and without a fuss, so no gripes.

It seems there is a (known?) defect with a number of the Blumfeldt Portable Electric Heaters.Like quite a few others, we also experienced that one of the heating elements blew on first use within an hour of turning on the heater, and within only 10-15 minutes of turning on both heating elements.

Easy to use and very warm

This heater gives out a lot of warmth that can be felt several feet away. The orange glow is really nice to have too. I like the way the elements oscillate (turn from side to side) to distribute the heat evenly. However, it has now stopped oscillating when it gets hot after a couple of hours of use. So, I think I will have to return it. This is very disappointing because if it wasn't for this problem, it would be perfect and I would have given it five stars.

My friend has one of these which made me buy one. Heat output can be 660w or 1200w and it can rotate at 120* or a complete 360*. Very effective at heating up even quite a large room quickly. Quite light to lift but very stable. It also looks quite smart as a main heater in a smaller room. Overall very pleased with it and a very good price.

Ich war auf der Suche nach einer zusätzlichen Heizung, um das Wohnzimmer etwas wärmer zu bekommen, ohne gleich die gesamte Zentralheizung auf eine höhere Vorlauftemperatur stellen zu müssen. Das hat funktioniert. Die Idee war, eine Grundtemperatur im Zimmer von 18 Grad zu haben, und dann mit der Infrarotheizung bei Bedarf nachzulegen.Hier folgendes Experiment: Raum ca. 18 m². Außentemperatur 8 Grad, Raumtemperatur 17,5 Grad. Mit der Infrarotheizung dauerte es 1 h, um auf über 20 Grad zu kommen. Durch die Strahlungsenergie stellte sich ein Wärmegefühl aber schon vorher ein, da das Gerät ca. 2 Meter von den Personen entfernt aufgestellt war.Unser Haus ist alt und nicht gut gedämmt. Die Wärme geht sofort flöten. Damit wir nicht alle mit Handschuhen fernsehen müssen, will ich kommenden Winter die Grundtemperatur so niedrig wie möglich halten und mit der Infrarotheizung immer dann Wärme schaffen, wenn es nötig ist, also z.B. im Wohnzimmer.Übrigens liegt die Leistungsaufnahme (Strom) bei meinem Modell bei 1050 Watt. So lässt sich schön ausrechnen, wie viel der Betreib kostet. Bei z.B. 3 Stunden wären ca. 3 kWh fällig. Bei unserem derzeitigen Stromanbieter etwa 1 €. Auf einen ganzen Winter gerechnet kommt da schon einiges zusammen.Der Heizung sieht hübsch aus, arbeitet geräuschlos, bis auf ein gelegentliches ganz leichtes Schleifen bei Drehbetrieb. Die Glühstäbe verbreiten ein schönes Licht bei Dunkelheit und blenden nicht. Im Schlafzimmer wäre es aber zu hell, finde ich.Geruch. Also, ja - am Anfang gab es eine hohe Geruchsbelästigung. Ich glaube, dass da Produktionsrückstände verdampft sind. Jetzt, nach einigen Stunden Betrieb rieche ich so gut wie nichts mehr.Ich würde diese Infrarotheizung jederzeit wieder kaufen. Als alleinige Heizung ist sie zu schwach auf der Brust, aber als zusätzliche Wärmequelle auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung.

J'ai acheté ce petit chauffage "rotatif" et transportable (il est très léger, ce qui ne veut pas dire pas solide pour autant) pour différents lieux de mon appartement, de la terrasse à la salle de bains, en passant par la chambre de mes filles, assez frileuses. Sa rotation lente et silencieuse permet de bien répartir la chaleur de 180° (et pas 120) à 360, tout autour du chauffage. La grille de protection est athermique, impossible donc de se brûler en la touchant. Le chauffage dispose aussi d'un système de détection de renversement, qui coupe l'alimentation à la moindre inclinaison. Je lui ai ajouté une prise Alexa et l'ai ainsi transformé en chauffage connecté aussi intelligent que mon ventilateur Dyson qui m'a coûté 6 fois plus cher...En plus, la lumière des résistances est très jolie et pas aveuglante, ce qui permet même de créer une ambiance sympa. Nous allons pouvoir profiter de la terrasse même en hiver ! Bref, très bon produit et très bon achat, à un prix plus que raisonnable. Merci Amazon une fois de plus !

La prima cosa che salta agli occhi sono le rifiniture, ben diverse purtroppo da quanto mostrato nel l’annuncio. Infatti, anziché essere lucido e rifinito, l’esterno è fatto di una plastica satinata dall’aspetto molto spartano. Al netto dell’estetica l’oggetto è funzionale, scalda bene, consuma poco ed è completamente silenzioso, anche con la rotazione avviata (comoda la possibilità di utilizzarlo sia a 120 che a 360 gradi).Insomma, se il look non è troppo importante per voi, l’oggetto merita. Il costo è forse troppo elevato (100€) per le rifiniture non troppo curate.
