What a huge improvement to a boring and plain low budget builder installed mirror!For 8 years I've hated the mirrors in our bathrooms. Felt so unfinished. Reminded me of commercial spaces like hotels or gyms.This was an economical and EASY option to fix that. Wish I'd found it sooner.Wrapped the sides of the mirror as well to complete the illusion. No need to remove the mirror. Simply stretched the border right over the top of the mirror clips while applying and then went back with a straight edge razor blade to trim it away. Left a little still covering the edges so it could be seamlessly tucked around and behind the clip to give the impression it is fully framed and not have a cut edge or bit of the mirror surface shining through around it.

I can’t say enough about this product! Wow!! I outlined my bathroom mirrors with it and it TOTALLY changed my bathroom. The pattern of it meshes well and you can barely tell where they come together. The adhesive is strong..but still allows you to unstick it if you get a little crooked. I unstuck one of them over 20 times trying to get it straight (I seemed to only have issues with one of the 12 that I cut for my project...user error). I’m in love with the look of my bathroom more than ever. I bought two bronze light fixtures and will install them soon. Last up..paint the cabinets. Bathroom make-over done easy with this stuff!!

My guest bath mirror was looking rather sad with corroded edges. I was hesitant to use the border trim but after seeing some of the photos of it being used decided to give it a try. So glad I did. I plan on doing the mirrors in our master bath now. It has great adhesion and fairly easy to put on. I did use my silicone baking scraper to smooth out any wrinkle but honestly it went on very nice with hardly no wrinkles. If you are looking to update a worn out edged mirror, try this.

I think my simple project to add a small detail to our bathroom turned out great. Adhesive is strong but not so strong you can’t peel it up if you make a mistake. Very easy to cut and use. If I ever need something like this again I’ll definitely reorder from here. We’re working on remodeling our guest bathroom. I included a before picture (I forgot to take one before I started ripping the wallpaper) just to show how such a simple addition makes a huge difference. Worth it for sure!
