Excellent phone. A little bit to get your head around with the interface but its the same with every new phone I get and after a few hours it all clicks into place and becomes second nature. Love the battery life compared to 'smart' phones and thats the main reason I prefer retro phones... not having to charge it every night. Cracking phone highly recommended. ((Not to heavy as well))

Bought the phone for my Dad. He isnt tech savvy and has always struggled with phones as they have become more flimsy and tech focused... all he needs is a good sturdy phone which can be used to phone people. No bells or whistles and doesnt break after a few months. Says it's the best phone he has ever had.

This has been a disappointing buy. It's rugged, I'll give it that, but that's really the only good thing about it. The interface is clunky and difficult to use (it reminds me of my first phone twenty years ago), it only stores a hundred text messages. It's so unusable that my son didn't use it, which caused the problem that's finished it off. The battery went flat and now it won't recharge. Really, I seriously wouldn't bother.

Navigating around this phones features is complex, its not a simple one button access to the 'inbox' for example' you have to go to the main menu then select the message icon then select the inbox.There are several functions on the phone that require the 'joystick' to be pressed and it doe not tell that is what you need to do.There are more guesses required during the navigation of this phone, too many too many to describe here.On the plus side the phone is rugged and will bounce if dropped from 6ft. the buttons easy to use and the screen is large and clear.

Wanted a rugged simple to use phone. Not easy to set up if you aren’t tech savvy. The volume, although now set to maximum, has deteriorated to the point where it is impossible to use for calls or listen to voicemail messages. Usage has not been heavy so very disappointed and would not recommend to anyone.
