Yes seat has four large Phillips head bolt for the seat to mout a plate

This is not made in the USA. Why the false answer that it is has not been corrected. I would not have purchased if I had known the truth.

I'm sorry I don't know. It may pit.

Q: can you mount arm rest on this seat

Don't remember, either way if you have the drill use self tapping screws to secure it to the seat bottom. I used this set in my tower deer blind, replace the old plastic chair. It's more comfortable, but the back is weak. Falling asleep, I fear the back will not hold. It's all about how you are going to use it. I bought it last summer and only fell asleep once for a short time.
