Q: Follows the install directions perfectly, but the t-valve where it connects to the toilet leaks no matter what I try. Any advice on on how to fix it?

The top part of the T-valve where it screws to the toilet might not have been screwed on straight, in my case it was very hard to screw on vertically-- you could see that if you look at it. It took me several attempts to fit it straight. Most toilets have plastic thread which makes it worst because the T-valve is metal which might damage the plastic thread, if that happened you'd have to carefully saw off the damaged part and hopefully you'll have enough thread left to install the t-valve.

Q: The t-valve is positioned to turn off in the up position. How do you remove it to reposition so that it is off when the handle is down?

It was designed to be off when the gable is down

Q: How it is going to work if you can't use high pressure? If I turn it up it makes a mess, too low and still have to bring out toilet paper. :(
