Himalayan Salt Lamp 30-40 lbs

To begin, I had a first major 5 hr. surgery back in January and thought these large Himalayan Salt Crystal lamps would really aid in healing and I believe they do. I am walking well again after many year of disability. I bought one of these beautiful 15-20 lb salt lamps in May. The price is extremely reasonable... more so than other sellers, and the quality is excellent. The crystal itself is quite nice. I really love the lamp I got ... it is very pretty and has unusual red markings on it in the A shape, weighing 16.6 lbs., the shape is also a tall A shape... 13 inches, absolutely striking. But the wooden base was terribly warped. I called it my "rocking horse" lamp. I took the base off and it is the wooden base, not the lamp that is warped. The base of the lamp itself is perfectly straight. It also did not come with a lamp cord or I could have missed it in the box when I was unpacking it. I toyed with the idea of sending it back for a while, but I like the uniqueness of this lamp so much that I procrastinated calling them. So when I finally did call the company, about 3 weeks later, they asked for a video which I took, but for some reason I couldn't send it. I tried quite a few times to do this over a 4 day period. I couldn't get it to send from my computer. I am a senior and not too computer savy with cell phones. Their customer service man was wonderful though and heard my frustration. To fix the problem he actually sent me a new 22 lb. beautiful himallayan salt lamp on a perfectly beautiful base. This new lamp is lovely! I can't say enough good words about his efforts to help correct this situation. What a kind thing to do, I am so grateful. I definitely will buy from Black Tai Salt Co. again, because they stand behind their products and really want to make their customers happy. A Wonderful Company that deserves 10 stars for their customer service alone! And their lamps are gorgeous.

I just got this lamp in the mail. It was packaged with care and came with a base, but no lightbulb. Luckily I had bought some in case. If you’re thinking about buying one of these, do it! Pictures don’t do it justice. ✨

Beyond what I expected! Love love love it! Housewarming gift for my six year old lol to get her calm and help air quality, she loved it! Huge box heavy great quality unboxing what a joy!! haha

I did a ton of research on finding a REAL salt lamp that was large and a decent price. This was a great investment, is definitely real, and it beautiful. It doesn't come with a light bulb, which I'm only mentioning because other people included that info in their review but the listing NEVER says a light bulb will come with it. A candelabra 25 watt will be what you'll want.

Not sure why this doesn’t come with the 15 watt bulb or a base tho hold the bulb up inside the salt lamp. Should have chooses a different lamp. Outside of that we really like the lamp.

Besides one of the lamps tips came broken off and the box looked like it was beaten up everything looks good. I can't really complain about the box and the broken tip because I did order 5 and it was very heavy. I couldn't even lift the box alone. If you plan on buying more than two I'd recommend ordering them separately so the box isn't so heavy for the postal and they don't get as damaged. Just because your lamp is not dark pink and more light pink/white doesn't mean it's fake.

We have a lot of salt-lamps... this is one of the better ones.
