I have dealt with social anxiety and general anxiety for my entire life. I used to take prescriptions but recently became frustrated with how the effectiveness wears off if I forget to take them or they make me dizzy and sick to my stomach. I'm also not big on supplements since there are so many fakes out there.I chose Mind Calm because of the ingredients, the fact that it's vegetarian, and most importantly that it is made in the USA. I do feel an increase in my productivity and energy level as well as my attention span. This supplement costs as much as my co-pay for the prescription drug I was previously taking for anxiety. I have used this product for about three months. I take one per day in the morning and find it very effective. I had to retire from my profession two years ago. I had never been unemployed and found that having time on my hands left me ruminating and sad. I did not want to take benzodiazopines like Xanex or Valium because of their addictive qualities. This product is all natural and loaded with B vitamins. It quiets my mind without making me sleepy. I feel very comfortable recommending it.

We bought this for our adult son who suffers from anxiety. He is a college student and was struggling to stay focused on his work and complete his projects on time. He doesn't like pharmaceuticals and was looking for an alternative that could help with the anxiety and be more focused. He has taken it now for about 5 days and has had really good results. He is sleeping better, says he is more focused and experiencing less anxiety. So glad we could find a healthy alternative to pharmaceuticals that gets him some results.

Have been under a lot of stress lately so have been looking for camomile teas and relaxants on Amazon . Came across this gem and read the views and bought it straight away! First of all its vegetarian which is a big factor for me and then it's got vitamin B, calcium , zinc and potassium so eliminating all the other supplements that I take daily ! A huge plus is also that it's made in USA . It starts working quick and that's why they get two thumbs up from me.

Can I say wow! I wish I would have started taking this a few months ago. I have noticed my mind is not so cloudy, clearer thinking at work. I do not take any type of medication and choose what I put into my body very carefully. I am happy that it is a lot of "B" vitamins, I feel good about that too. I would recommend this for anyone going through menopause for sure, but check with your Dr. too. I bet he/she will agree!

I was not impressed with this product. In my oppinion St. Johns Wort works better for me. Everyone's body will respond differently to supplements. This product had great reviews so I tried it, but it didn't give me satisfied results. I am not going to recommend or indicate not recommend. This is something you will have to try if you want to and determine the results. This will not be a product I purchase again.
