I have had a rollerball pen for many years. The ink does not smear and smudge like an ordinary biro.The ability to bulk buy refills is great as I always seem to run out of ink at important times.

First cartridge, although in sealed package, was empty. Second cartridge from same package run empty after just one week. Either the cartridges were defective or they were fake.
