Liberty MountainDitty Bag

These are very nice ditty bags. They are a nice fairly thick nylon material. The bags are great for anything not just for camping. You can store anything that you would want to put in a drawstring pouch. Liberty Mountain is a good brand of camping accessories and things. I have purchased these ditty bags multiple times and different sizes. The quality of them have always been good. And, they all have worked well for me. The only thing is that you get a random color, so you have to be open to getting a random color unless it is specifically detailed as a specific color. The colors I have received so far have been navy blue, burgundy, hunter green, orange and yellow. I am not sure how many different colors exist, but I know those do since I have received them on my orders. The ditty bags come in a clear zip-lock retail bag for peg hooks with a Liberty Mountain color retail fact card in it. The bags are flat, so the dimensions are what they are and there is no thickness width other than the fabric itself, so like a flat paper bag once you open it up and put something in it the spacial dimensions change. So, you have to think about if your item will fit when you open the bag or if it will be to small.

These are basic, thick, oldie-time stuff sacks. They are a fairly thick nylon material. Quality is good. Pretty basic and economical overall. Not for an ultralight backpacker, but good for storing stuff. The bottom is round on the M,L,XL. Flat sewn on the XS. Small?...I didn't get one.The Extra-Large Size is huge. I don't know what I'll use it for. Maybe as a "load of laundry" sack.The Large Size fits a large synthetic winter sleeping bag well.The Medium Size fits a large synthetic warm weather sleeping bag well.The Extra-Small fits a hand, good for a few little items or organizing your bag.Overall if you are looking for a durable basic sack this is it. You don't have to look any further.

I got 2 of these bags to try out for covering electronics and loose cords in my bass boat. Considering they were nylon, I didn't expect them to be of fabric quite as heavy as they turned out to be - quite a pleasant surprise! The bags are very well made and durable at the outset and should remain so for a very long time. I am ordering some more for other items in my boat. The boat is kept in a boat house the sonar / gps units can get dusty and dirty - these bags will protect them nicely. Also using for front LED lights (for night navigation) so the lights will be bright and clean when needed. The quality drawstrings should keep the bags in place even in the wind from high speed boating. Considering the quality and expected lifespan, these bags are a bargain at the price.

So far this product has done what it would be expected to do. In this case, it is the stuff bag for a raincoat That was a little too big for the stuff bag that came with it. Time will tell how sturdy it is. I took some stars off, because I was expecting a bright yellow bag as pictured, but the bag I received was blue. Not that big a deal and not enough to return it. If you were specifically looking for yellow bag, you would probably be disappointed. Size wise this bag Was just right. I needed something that would hold and extra large man’s jacket. Just slightly too large to fit in stuff bags that worked for all the smaller family members jackets. The bag is just slightly larger, but not so big as to now be an uncomfortably large item to go in the bottom of backpack for a day hike. Just right

I wish we had ordered the extra large (for size 8 women's shoes to fit easily into). The extra large would have been best for taking shoes back and forth to a P.E. class and locker. However, my experience with Liberty Mtn is that the ditty bags are durable and worth having for nearly anything. So, no big deal! We go camping, and these are great for travel as well. It was great to be able to order these from Amazon and not have to go all over town to find the right shop for a ditty bag that may not even be this nice.

For my use, this bag is not worth the cost ($6.44). Upon initial inspection, there is a seam on the bottom of the bag, so heavy equipment may eventually break through. This is for a child's puzzle storage. I wanted yellow as the picture shows, got orange. Decent bag, needed for birthday tomorrow so I'll just have to go with the orange but not pleased.

Ordered this because it is pictured as yellow. Bag that arrived was navy. Otherwise well made and useful. Don't like misleading pictures. Nothing stated that item sent might be any other color. Already had bags in other colors. Gave this bag away.
