So now we come to the licorice review. This is fun stuff. I bought four flavors so I will do a general review and post it on all four.First of all the company (Jerky) is great. I have had two emails from them asking about my satisfaction with their product and service. Top notch. All four have great soft fresh texture. Perhaps the green apple was a bit dryer. Shipping/pacaking were good. It could come in a ziplock bag.Green Apple we both love the flavor.Peach is delightful, two thumbs up.Watermelon. Complicated answer. It taste wonderful and fruity. Neither of us thought it tasted like watermelon. You tast a Water Melon Jolly Rancher, your first thought is WATER MELON. This is very pleasant, but if it's the flavor you wanted, get something else.Finally Root Beer. Complicated again. You open the package and everyone says wow ROOT BEER. The first taste is like a face wrinkle, an odd fore taste. I figured I would be eating it myself. However by the second piece it grows on you. The bag didn't last long.It is very good licorice, you just have to enjoy the journey of finding your favorite flavors.

These are reeaallly good. So I ate the whole bag in one day. Now I hesitate to buy more in fear I will do that again. If you have good will power, I would highly recommend them.

I purchased the cherry flavor. It tastes like the generic “red” flavor, but not like cherry. The texture is nice and firm, but not hard. Not worth what I paid for it.

Love the flavor. Great cinnamon flavor to the licorice. Typical licorice consistency so not much to say there. Is it really cinnamon? Wouldn't put money on it but it tastes like cinnamon to me.Have to say one of the features rating made me laugh. Fresh licorice? Not so sure there's much of a change in the consistency of licorice after months or probably even years!A great flavored cinnamon licorice that I love. Highly recommended if you like cinnamon and licorice.
